Description

These 10-Minute Easy Garlic Cheese Rolls are soft, cheesy, and packed with garlic flavor. Perfect for a quick snack, side dish, or appetizer that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour (or use store-bought dough)
  • 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (~110°F)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the filling:
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella + sharp cheddar)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and warm milk. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese, Parmesan, parsley, and seasonings.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into individual rolls.
  6. Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
