Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (or use store-bought dough)
- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk (~110°F)
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp salt
- For the filling:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella + sharp cheddar)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, and warm milk. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese, Parmesan, parsley, and seasonings.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into individual rolls.
- Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For quicker prep, you can use store-bought pizza dough.
- Add more garlic or cheese according to your taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
