Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and arrange in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour custard mixture over cinnamon rolls, pressing slightly to submerge.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- While baking, whisk powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons milk to make glaze.
