This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan is a guilt-free delight that gives you crispy, juicy chicken breasts topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella—ready faster and healthier than traditional frying.
Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken, top each breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for another 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
