Description

These Air Fryer Crispy Baby Potatoes are golden, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Perfect as a side dish or a snack, they are seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, and optionally garnished with fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes before seasoning.
