Description
These Air Fryer Crispy Baby Potatoes are golden, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Perfect as a side dish or a snack, they are seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, and optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes before seasoning.
- Adjust seasonings to taste or add your favorite herbs like rosemary or thyme.
- Leftovers reheat well in the air fryer to retain crispiness.
