Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add diced apple, oats or almond flour, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder.
  4. Mix until fully combined.
