Description

Baked Boursin Salmon is creamy, flavorful, and perfectly baked every time. The garlic and fine herbs cheese melts over tender salmon fillets, creating a luxurious, quick, and impressive meal ideal for weeknights or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese with olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Arrange cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon, if using.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to lightly brown the cheese topping.
  • Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
  • Leftover salmon can be enjoyed cold in salads or sandwiches.
