Description
Baked Boursin Salmon is creamy, flavorful, and perfectly baked every time. The garlic and fine herbs cheese melts over tender salmon fillets, creating a luxurious, quick, and impressive meal ideal for weeknights or entertaining.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting alongside)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese with olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes or asparagus around the salmon, if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to lightly brown the cheese topping.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
