Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- A pinch of garlic salt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, and cook 1–2 minutes more. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and softened cream cheese until smooth and combined.
- Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
