Description

This Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a comforting, cheesy pasta dish layered with ground beef, rich spaghetti sauce, and creamy cheeses. Perfect for family dinners and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, and cook 1–2 minutes more. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and softened cream cheese until smooth and combined.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
