Description
This quick and flavorful Bang Bang Salmon is ready in just 15 minutes. Tender salmon fillets are coated in a creamy, spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce and baked to perfection. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat salmon dry and place it on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Brush the Bang Bang sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10โ12 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha according to your spice preference.
- Great served with rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables.
- You can also air-fry the salmon at 390ยฐF for 8โ10 minutes.
