Description

Bang Bang Salmon is a quick, flavorful dish ready in just 15 minutes. Tender salmon fillets are coated in a spicy-sweet sauce, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • Produce:
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Condiments:
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • Baking & Spices:
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oils & Vinegars:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving. Serve immediately with rice or veggies.

Notes

  • Adjust Sriracha for your preferred spice level.
  • Can also cook salmon on the stovetop in a skillet for a crispier exterior.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
