Description
Bang Bang Salmon is a quick, flavorful dish ready in just 15 minutes. Tender salmon fillets are coated in a spicy-sweet sauce, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- Produce:
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Condiments:
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- Baking & Spices:
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- Oils & Vinegars:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving. Serve immediately with rice or veggies.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha for your preferred spice level.
- Can also cook salmon on the stovetop in a skillet for a crispier exterior.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
