Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 3โ4 minutes.
