Ingredients
- 4 large baked croissants, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Spread croissant pieces evenly in the dish and scatter berries over the top.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined.
- Pour mixture evenly over croissants and berries.
- Let rest 10 minutes, then bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
- You can assemble the night before and refrigerate.
- Frozen berries may be used—do not thaw first.
