Ingredients

  • 4 large baked croissants, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread croissant pieces evenly in the dish and scatter berries over the top.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined.
