Ingredients
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, almond flour, egg, paprika, and garlic powder until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to let the mixture firm up.
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop small bite-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet or air fryer tray.
- Bake or air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden, set, and slightly crisp on the edges.
- Serve warm with ranch or extra hot sauce.
Notes
- Air fryer makes them extra crispy—highly recommended.
- You can swap chicken with canned tuna for a different flavor.
