Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cooked chicken
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, almond flour, egg, paprika, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to let the mixture firm up.
  3. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
