Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk, divided
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
  • Cooking spray
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (for eggs)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more as desired)
  • Crispy fried onions for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the pizza crust with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease if needed.
  3. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to coat. Gradually add 2 cups milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with black pepper.
  4. Pour sausage gravy over pre-baked pizza crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs with ¼ cup milk and scramble in a skillet until just set.
  6. Top pizza with scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle crispy fried onions on top. Serve warm.
