These Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are a no-bake treat that delivers creamy cheesecake flavor with a protein boost. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a sweet but healthy dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
