These Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are a no-bake treat that delivers creamy cheesecake flavor with a protein boost. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a sweet but healthy dessert!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
- Add softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

- Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with a little melted white chocolate.
- Use frozen blueberries straight from the freezer to prevent them from bursting while mixing.
