Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pizza dough, defrosted in refrigerator overnight
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
- Spread half of the buffalo wing sauce over the dough.
- Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle remaining buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
