Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked tortellini, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir to combine and melt the cheeses into the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
