This Cajun Garlic Chicken Tortellini in Three-Cheese Cream is a rich, indulgent dish packed with flavor. Tender chicken, cheesy tortellini, and a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce come together for a perfect weeknight comfort meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked tortellini, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir to combine and melt the cheeses into the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
