Description

Cheddar Ranch Beef & Corn Pasta Bake is a comforting one-dish meal perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender pasta mixed with seasoned beef, sweet corn, creamy cheese, and a crispy topping makes it a family favorite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir in cooked rotini pasta, corn, milk, and sour cream until well mixed.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and topping is golden.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or diced bell peppers.
  • Use gluten-free pasta or breadcrumbs if needed.
