Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, ranch seasoning, and corn. Cook for 2โ3 minutes.
- Add cooked rotini, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
