Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, ranch seasoning, and corn. Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rotini, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
