Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the shredded cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and egg. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
