Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls (8-count)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and press into the prepared dish, sealing seams.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the crescent dough in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, until crescent dough is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
