Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
