Description

These Cheesy Taco Sticks are the perfect handheld snack or dinner idea. Stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, then baked to golden perfectionโ€”they’re kid-friendly, freezer-friendly, and irresistibly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salsa and sour cream, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles.
  5. Place some taco meat, cheddar, and mozzarella on each rectangle. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Place on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  7. Bake 10โ€“12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
