Description
These Cheesy Taco Sticks are the perfect handheld snack or dinner idea. Stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, then baked to golden perfectionโthey’re kid-friendly, freezer-friendly, and irresistibly delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salsa and sour cream, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Place some taco meat, cheddar, and mozzarella on each rectangle. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal.
- Place on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake 10โ12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeรฑos or black beans for extra flavor.
