Description

Cheesy Taco Sticks are a fun and easy snack or party treat. With seasoned beef, melty cheeses, and soft pizza dough, they’re perfect for dipping in salsa or sour cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salsa and sour cream for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to pizza dough package instructions.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
  4. Place a spoonful of beef and sprinkle of cheeses on each strip. Roll or fold the dough around the filling as desired.
  5. Place sticks on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder over the top.
  6. Bake according to dough package instructions or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
