Cheesy Taco Sticks are a fun and easy snack or party treat. With seasoned beef, melty cheeses, and soft pizza dough, they’re perfect for dipping in salsa or sour cream.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salsa and sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza dough package instructions.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
- Place a spoonful of beef and sprinkle of cheeses on each strip. Roll or fold the dough around the filling as desired.
- Place sticks on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder over the top.
- Bake according to dough package instructions or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
