Description
Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls are the ultimate comfort food mashup. Tender chicken and pasta are tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce, then served inside buttery, garlic-seasoned bread bowls topped with Parmesan cheese for a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 lb pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 6 Kaiser rolls (or more as needed)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Add Alfredo sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Add cooked pasta and toss gently.
- Cut the tops off the Kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create bread bowls.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush inside and outside of bread bowls.
- Place bread bowls on a baking sheet, fill with chicken Alfredo mixture, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
