Description

Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls are the ultimate comfort food mashup. Tender chicken and pasta are tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce, then served inside buttery, garlic-seasoned bread bowls topped with Parmesan cheese for a hearty and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls (or more as needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Add Alfredo sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Add cooked pasta and toss gently.
  4. Cut the tops off the Kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create bread bowls.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush inside and outside of bread bowls.
  6. Place bread bowls on a baking sheet, fill with chicken Alfredo mixture, and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
