Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls feature tender lasagna noodles rolled with creamy ricotta, shredded chicken, and rich Alfredo sauce, baked with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for a comforting Italian feast.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles (whole wheat or gluten-free optional)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each noodle and roll up tightly.
  6. Arrange rolls seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25โ€“30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
