Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles (whole wheat or gluten-free optional)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each noodle and roll up tightly.
- Arrange rolls seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
