Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or homemade)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
