Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake is a creamy, cheesy comfort food classic thatโs perfect for family dinners. Tender shredded chicken, penne pasta, and rich Alfredo sauce are baked together with mozzarella and Parmesan for a golden, bubbly finish everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or homemade)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
- For a crispier top, broil for 2โ3 minutes at the end.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
