Ingredients
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
- 1โ2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- โ cup sour cream
- 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4โ5 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced chicken and frozen vegetables, stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing according to box instructions and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30โ35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and top is golden brown.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
