Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto each piece.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming pillows.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken pillows warm, topped with creamy Parmesan sauce and garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
