Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto each piece.
  4. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming pillows.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
