Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cans (10.75 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
- ยผ cup milk
- 2 boxes (6 oz each) Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix
- 1 ยฝ cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Place diced chicken evenly in a greased 9ร13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over chicken.
- In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with chicken broth until moistened.
- Spread stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15โ20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- Add vegetables like green beans or peas for extra nutrition.
