- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- For the Noodles:
- 8 oz egg noodles (or your preferred pasta)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- In the same skillet or a separate pan, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss cooked noodles in the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken over buttered noodles. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired.
