- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While chicken bakes, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss cooked noodles in the butter mixture. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
