Description

This Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is a fresh and satisfying lunch or dinner option. Juicy chicken, crisp iceberg lettuce, crispy beef, and parmesan cheese are all wrapped up in a large tortilla with creamy Caesar dressing for a handheld meal packed with flavor.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 Large Burrito-Size Tortilla
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 4 beef Strips
  • 4 tablespoons Store-bought Caesar Dressing
  • ¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook beef strips until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
  3. Wash and chop iceberg lettuce into small pieces.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and spread Caesar dressing evenly across it.
  5. Layer chopped chicken, lettuce, crumbled beef, and parmesan cheese onto the tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for a faster preparation.
  • Substitute beef with turkey beef for a lighter version.
