Description

Indulge in these Churro Cheesecake Bars featuring a creamy cheesecake center wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, finished with a cinnamon sugar coating for the perfect sweet and crunchy bite.


Ingredients

Cinnamon Sugar:

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Cheesecake Bars:

  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough or sheets
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
  4. Unroll one package of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Unroll second package of dough and place over the cream cheese layer, sealing edges.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top layer and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For best results, chill bars for at least an hour before slicing.
  • Add a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
