Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While bars are cooling, prepare frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle frosting over warm bars and let cool completely before cutting into squares.

- You can add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, sprinkle additional cinnamon on top of the frosting.
