Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup (113 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (12-count) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted, divided


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese over the bottom halves.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the layered ingredients.
  5. Brush the tops generously with melted cowboy butter.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warm.
