This Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is rich, spicy, and incredibly comforting. Juicy chicken breasts are seasoned with Cajun spices and tossed with tender linguine in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce—perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ to 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅔ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
