Description

This Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is rich, spicy, and incredibly comforting. Juicy chicken breasts are seasoned with Cajun spices and tossed with tender linguine in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce—perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ to 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅔ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with half of the Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir well.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
