Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 16 oz fresh or frozen gnocchi
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; remove and slice.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  4. Stir in spinach, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken slices. Cook until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
