Description

This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a comforting and flavorful dish packed with savory ground beef, garlic, and a velvety Parmesan sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights when you need something hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Stir in garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant and softened.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  4. Stir in butter until melted, then pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and half & half (or milk) until a creamy sauce forms.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream instead of milk.
  • Try substituting ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Leftovers reheat perfectly for lunch the next day.
