Description

This Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, indulgent seafood dinner that comes together in under 30 minutes. Tender fettuccine tossed with rich Alfredo sauce, flaked salmon, and juicy shrimp makes the perfect comforting yet elegant meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add cooked salmon and shrimp to the sauce, gently folding to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
  • You can substitute salmon or shrimp with other seafood like scallops or crab.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
