Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ยฝ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ยผ cup salsa (mild or spicy)
- ยฝ tsp garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp chili powder
- ยฝ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or brush taquitos with oil.
- Bake for 18โ22 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite toppings.

- Air fryer option: Cook at 400ยฐF (205ยฐC) for 8โ10 minutes, flipping halfway.
