Description
Crispy Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken is the ultimate flavor-packed chicken dinner. Marinated in tangy dill pickle juice, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan, then fried until golden and crunchy. Juicy inside, crispy outside, and totally irresistible.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- ยฝ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ยฝ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a bowl or zip-top bag and pour in dill pickle juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Prepare a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat well with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken 4โ5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- For extra crunch, press breadcrumbs firmly onto the chicken.
