Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fries in the Air Fryer are a quick, healthier twist on classic fries. They’re golden, crispy, and loaded with savory garlic and Parmesan flavor, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into fries or sticks. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Transfer fries to a serving bowl and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat dry.
- Can adjust seasonings to taste; add paprika or cayenne for a spicy kick.
- Serve with ketchup, aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce.
