Description

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fries in the Air Fryer are a quick, healthier twist on classic fries. They’re golden, crispy, and loaded with savory garlic and Parmesan flavor, perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into fries or sticks. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Transfer fries to a serving bowl and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat dry.
  • Can adjust seasonings to taste; add paprika or cayenne for a spicy kick.
