Ingredients
- 1โ2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ยพ cup chicken broth
- 1 (0.7 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix
- 16 ounce box angel hair pasta
- Optional: chopped parsley, cracked pepper, grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2โ3 minutes per side until lightly golden (optional but recommended).
- Place chicken in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, garlic, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4โ6 hours or HIGH for 2โ3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish as desired.
