Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley and additional Cajun seasoning for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers, cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream.

  4. Cook penne pasta separately according to package instructions and drain.
