Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and brown gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth and cream of chicken soup on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
  5. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
