Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
- 1 packet brown gravy mix (1 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and brown gravy mix over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth and cream of chicken soup on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
