Description

This Crockpot Chicken Parmesan is an easy, hands-off dinner! Juicy chicken breasts are cooked in marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for a comforting Italian-inspired meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them.
  2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking to melt.
  5. Serve warm with pasta, rice, or a side salad.
