Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll mixture into small meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and French onion soup mix, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6โ7 hours or high for 3โ4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top, cover for 5 minutes to melt, and serve warm.
