Ingredients

  • 5 large croissants (preferably day-old), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional for topping: powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place croissant pieces in the prepared dish and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
