Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works well)
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces (or use any short pasta)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

- Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
