  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients just until combined.

  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
