Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the dry ingredients just until combined.
- Fold in the hot fudge sauce gently—do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with extra hot fudge before serving.
